Please check the time and lecture room of your presentation in ConfTool
Presentation Requirements:
• Presentations must be prepared and delivered in German or in English.
• The total duration of each presentation is 11 minutes (8 minutes presentation + 3 minutes discussion).
Chairpersons will strictly enforce the allocated time.
• Slide format: Microsoft PowerPoint, landscape format (16:9 HD).
The conference PCs run Office Professional Plus 2019.
• Please embed all videos directly into your PowerPoint presentation for optimal compatibility.
Do not forget to embed your fonts and to bring video files separately as a backup.
• Personal laptops may not be used for presentations, as switching devices would reduce your allocated presentation time.

Maximum file size: 200 MB.
• Troubleshooting: Please inform us immediately if you experience any issues during the upload process.
Onsite Upload (If Needed)
• Onsite uploads will still be possible; however, online upload in advance is strongly recommended.
• Onsite upload must be completed at least 1 hour before the start of your session, during breaks, directly in the meeting room where your presentation is scheduled.
• Please bring your presentation on a USB drive.
During the Session
• Please ensure you are present in the meeting room at least 10 minutes before the start of your session and introduce yourself to the chairperson.
