Please follow these steps:<br \/>\u2022 <b>Log in to ConfTool<\/b> and go to \u201c<i>Your submissions<\/i>\u201d (available for accepted oral presentations only).<br \/>\u2022 <b>Final upload<\/b>: Select \u201c<i>Final upload<\/i>\u201d and submit your presentation in one of the following formats: ppt, pptx, or pdf.<br \/>Maximum file size: 200 MB.<br \/>\u2022 <b>Troubleshooting<\/b>: Please inform us immediately if you experience any issues during the upload process.<br \/><b><u>Onsite Upload<\/u> (If Needed)<\/b><br \/>\u2022 Onsite uploads will still be possible; however, <b>online upload in advance is strongly recommended<\/b>.<br \/>\u2022 Onsite upload must be completed <b>at least 1 hour before the start of your session<\/b>, during breaks, directly in the meeting room where your presentation is scheduled.<br \/>\u2022 Please bring your presentation on a <b>USB drive<\/b>.<br \/><b><u>During the Session<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Please ensure you are present in the meeting room <b>at least 10 minutes before <\/b>the start of your sessio<strong>n<\/strong> and introduce yourself to the chairperson.<br \/>\u2022 Presenters are kindly requested to remain in the session from the beginning to ensure smooth transitions between presentations.<br \/>\u2022Technical staff will be available in each lecture room should any issues arise.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <b>DGfB 2026 Poster Overview<\/b>.<\/a><br \/><b><u>Poster Presentation Time Slots<\/u><\/b><br \/>Dedicated programme slots for poster presentations are as follows:<br \/>\u2022 <b>Wednesday, 18 March<\/b>: 6:15 PM \u2013 7:00 PM<br \/>\u2022 <b>Thursday, 19 March<\/b>: 3:45 PM \u2013 4:30 PM<br \/>\u2022 <b>Friday, 20 March<\/b>: 10:30 AM \u2013 11:15 AM<br \/><b><u>Poster Preparation and Display<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Posters must be prepared and presented <b>in German or in English<\/b>.<br \/>\u2022 Please bring your <b>printed paper poste<\/b>r to the venue.<br \/>\u2022 Poster size should be approximately <b>A0 (841 \u00d7 1189 mm), portrait orientation<\/b>.<br \/>\u2022 Posters should be <b>clearly readable from a distance of at least 2 metres.<\/b><br \/><b><u>Poster Setup and Removal<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 If you are presenting <b>on Wednesday<\/b>, please set up your poster <b>by 5:00 PM on Wednesday<\/b>.<br \/>\u2022 If you are presenting <b>on Thursday or Friday<\/b>, please set up your poster <b>by 2:00 PM on Thursday.<\/b><br \/>\u2022 All posters must be <b>removed by 1:00 PM on Friday, 20 March<\/b>.<br \/><b><u>During the Poster Session<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Presenters are requested to be <b>present at their posters during the assigned time slot<\/b> to discuss their work with delegates and members of the Scientific Committee.<br \/><b><u>Poster Evaluation and Awards<\/u><\/b><br \/>\u2022 Poster contributions will be evaluated by an <b>independent jury<\/b> during the DGfB 2026 Congress.<br \/>\u2022 The <b>three best poster contributions<\/b> will be awarded.<br \/>\u2022 Selected presenters with the highest review scores will be contacted in advance and invited to give a short oral presentation on selected
